    Dual process free switching, suitable for all working conditions

    The core advantage of this production line is the flexible switching between martensite and bainite dual processes, and the ability to customize heat treatment schemes according to product operating conditions to balance bearing hardness and toughness. The martensite quenching process is suitable for bearings in conventional high-speed, medium and light load equipment, effectively improving product hardness and wear resistance, reducing problems such as operational lag and wear failure. The bainite isothermal quenching process is targeted to solve the harsh working conditions of heavy industry and high impact loads. The formed structure has strong toughness, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance, which can effectively avoid bearing peeling and brittle cracking, and is suitable for various harsh industrial scenarios.


    Micro level precise control, creating ultimate quality consistency

The production line is equipped with an intelligent constant temperature control system, which strictly controls the temperature error of the furnace body within ± 3 ℃. Combined with standardized quenching and tempering closed-loop processes, the hardness fluctuation of the bearing products is stable at ≤ HRC ± 1, achieving industry-leading batch consistency. Fully automated roller bottom uniform feeding operation, temperature, atmosphere, rhythm, and cooling speed can be monitored and traced in all dimensions, completely avoiding manual operation errors and ensuring stable and uniform performance of each batch of bearings. The continuous production mode simultaneously balances high precision and efficiency, and can flexibly adapt to small batch customization and large batch centralized procurement orders, effectively shortening the delivery cycle.
